8pm is now the busiest trial slot and one of the weakest. 13 trials, only 4 signed (30.8%). 5 of the last 6 trials at 8pm left without signing. 6pm is still the money slot: 8 of 9 (88.9%). Saturday 12pm stays at 1 of 5. The 8pm class needs a closer: someone who asks for the sign-up before the trial leaves the mat.

Referrals are still the engine: 15 bookings, only 1 no-show, 8 sign-ups. Social media is the best closer when people show: 7 of 10 signed (70.0%), but 4 of 14 never came. Now there's a real gap. Beginners buy almost every time. People who already trained somewhere else (Kings, Japan, their home country) compare gyms and take their time. They need a different pitch: coach credentials, sparring, and a reason to pick Matador over the last place.
